About HWLC

Generally speaking the meetings feature talks presented by members, followed by open discussion. At one meeting, we hold The Marion Large Memorial Lecture at which an outside speaker is invited. The year’s programme also includes a couple of social events – a New Year party and a Summer outing - see  details on the Home page.

Members pay an annual subscription - it is currently £25. We welcome visitors who are interested in coming along to meetings either for general interest in the event in the programme or to find out about the club before considering joining.

The club has no political or religious affiliations.
